This California red blend has zinfandel, carignan and merlot grapes from the Sierra Foothills, Mendocino and Sonoma Valley. Each variety was crushed and fermented on the skins for 1-2 weeks while the ‘20 Zinfandel and Carignan aged in a barrel for 21 months and the ‘21 Zinfandel and the Merlot aged for 9 months. This blend has notes of dark red fruits, plum, leather and black pepper.

Caia Lee
Caia Lee is a graphic designer born and raised in Los Angeles. Much of her work has been featured in the underground music and event scenes where her designs blend minimalist details with vibrant, playful elements inspired by childhood fantasies and pop culture iconography. She is currently pursuing an MA in Film at Goldsmiths, University of London.

Ashanta Wines is a natural wine making project inspired by the resilience of vines impacted by the changing seasons, local fires, and floods that impact our ability to live, taste, and be joyous. Ashanta, meaning “thank you to the ancestors,” highlights organically and consciously farmed grapes, forages fruits found in unexpected spaces, and creates a beverage that feels familiar, natural, and reminds us of the wisdom of the earth.
